Trinity Institute seeks to provide excellent medical care free of potential influence from third party payers (such as health insurance companies). In doing so, we can keep costs reasonable and lower operating expenses (not having to hire additional coding and billing personnel). This enables us to provide grace offerings, such as sliding fee scales and church partners, according to income level, to patients who qualify. Contact us to see if you qualify.
Trinity Institute is not part of any insurance network. We will provide you with an invoice for your visit that you can submit to insurance carriers for reimbursement according to your health plan benefits. Services may be covered in full, in part or not at all by your health insurance. Please ensure to check your coverage carefully.
Patients are required to pay in advance for services.
New and established patients can pay for appointments in advance through our or mail in a check.
Payment must be received before any requested follow up appointment can be confirmed.
Trinity Institute only accepts check and credit card payments for services. There will be a $25 fee for any check returned for insufficient funds.
When you schedule an appointment with our clinicians, you are reserving that time for you and you alone.
If you miss an appointment without contacting the clinic to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) ahead of your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
